Driving Directions

Directions from Kahului Airport (OGG) (all flights from the US mainland)

  1. Please allow 45 to 60 minutes’ drive time.

  2. Continue straight through the next few sets of lights crossing Pu’unene Avenue and continue to the junction of H-380 and H-30. Follow the signs to Lahaina, turning left from H-380 to H-30.

  3. Continue driving along the winding coastline toward Lahaina, and the highway will merge into the new Lahaina Bypass Road.

  4. Continue along the bypass, which turns into Keawe Street. At the stoplight, turn right onto H-30 and follow it through Ka’anapali, Napili, and then Kapalua (highway signs will indicate towns).

  5. A green road sign on the right-hand side of the highway will indicate “Office Road, The Village Course.” Take this left-hand turn (there is no traffic light).

  6. After turning left at the intersection, you will be on Office Road. Take the first right after the Honolua Store (entrance to the hotel) onto Ritz-Carlton Drive.

Parking

Overnight valet parking is offered to Lobby attendees at a discounted daily rate of $40.00 + tax.

Taxi

Taxi service, private transportation, and shared airport shuttle service are all available from the Kahului Airport (OGG). Transportation requests can be arranged through the hotel by calling (808) 669-6200.

The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is nestled within the pristine 22,000-acre Kapalua Resort, giving our guests exclusive access to amenities and activities hosted within the beach hotel and the legendary resort.

** Room rates include a daily resort fee, but do not include applicable state/city taxes or the required baggage handling fee. Additional gratuities are at the guest’s discretion. **

All guest rooms at The Ritz-Carlton Maui, Kapalua are Non-Smoking.

Hotel Reservation Policies

Reservations can be made through this online registration process and the following hotel reservation policies apply:

Attendees are required to reserve their room for the following three nights, at minimum:

  • Wednesday, October 7

  • Thursday, October 8

  • Friday, October 9

Each attendee can initially reserve a maximum of two rooms, and rooms are subject to availability. We will do our best to fulfill additional accommodation needs on an "as available" basis.

Reservations must be guaranteed by credit card during the reservation process. Full room and tax for the entirety of your stay, (including additional nights reserved prior to October 7 and after October 9) will be charged by The Lobby Conference LLC on Friday, August 7, 2026.

There will be no refunds after Friday, August 7, 2026.

Any changes to your hotel reservation must be made through The Lobby 2026 Housing and Registration Office, not The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua.

Air Travel

The largest airport nearby The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is the Kahului Airport (OGG), located approximately 34 miles (40–60 minutes) from the hotel.

The closest airport to the The Ritz-Carlton, Kapalua is the Kapalua Airport (JHM), located approximately 4 miles (10 minutes) from the hotel. Please note, inter-island flights are the only commercial flights that land at Kapalua Airport. Kapalua Airport is serviced by numerous private charter companies.
